01 — WHO WE ARE

This policy covers the Z3R0 E-Ink Photo Magnet, the Z3R0 companion iPhone app, and the website zerohk.ai. All three are operated by Prodigy Trading Company Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. Contact: ren@zerohk.ai.

02 — THE SHORT VERSION

• The app works without an account. There is no sign-up, no feed, and no cloud library.
• Your photographs are edited on your iPhone and transferred to your card over NFC. They are not uploaded to our servers.
• This website is static. It sets no cookies. The only measurement is cookieless, aggregate Cloudflare Web Analytics — it does not identify you.

03 — WHAT THE APP HANDLES

When you choose a photograph, the app reads it from your photo library with the permission you grant in iOS. Reframing, contrast and color tuning, text, dates, stickers, and background changes are computed on the device. The finished image is written to the card over a direct NFC transfer.

The app does not require an account, does not upload your photographs to any server operated by us, and contains no advertising or third-party analytics.

04 — THIS WEBSITE

zerohk.ai is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, aggregate measurement from our hosting provider — to count page views and site performance; it does not identify individual visitors. Cloudflare also processes standard technical logs (such as IP address and requested page) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

05 — BUYING THE CARD

The card is sold by direct message on Instagram. That service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not run a checkout on this website and do not collect payment details here.

06 — CORRESPONDENCE

If you email us or message us on Instagram, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and to provide support. We do not add you to a mailing list.

07 — YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you. Write to ren@zerohk.ai.

08 — CHANGES

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
