01 — WHO WE ARE

These terms govern the website zerohk.ai, the Z3R0 companion iPhone app, and the purchase of the Z3R0 E-Ink Photo Magnet. All three are operated by Prodigy Trading Company Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. Contact: ren@zerohk.ai.

02 — THE PRODUCT

• The Z3R0 E-Ink Photo Magnet is a battery-free color e-ink photo card.
• It is sold in Hong Kong only, by direct message on Instagram.
• The card is designed for Apple iPhone 13–18 with iOS 17 or later. It may not work with Android devices.
• The card is not waterproof. Keep it dry.

03 — THE APP

The companion app is free and requires a Z3R0 card to be useful. It is provided as described on this website: it prepares a photograph on your iPhone and transfers it to the card over NFC. We may update the app from time to time; the current version is the one on the App Store.

04 — THIS WEBSITE

The Z3R0 name, wordmark, text, and imagery on this site belong to Prodigy Trading Company Limited. You may not reuse them to imply endorsement or to sell lookalike products. Descriptions on this site are statements of fact about the product; if something here is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

05 — LIABILITY

The site and the app are provided "as is". Nothing here limits liability where Hong Kong law does not permit it; otherwise, our total liability in connection with the card is limited to the price you paid for it.

06 — GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

07 — CHANGES

If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
